Shipping: At a cost of €10.00
Delivery: Delivery will be made within 48 working hours from the package's departure.
Exceptions: In some cases, deliveries may be delayed due to external factors (weather conditions, strikes, traffic congestion, etc.)
Shipment Tracking: The customer will receive a tracking number allowing them to monitor the package's journey in real-time. This service is useful for checking for any delays or changes to the delivery date.
Service Limitations: Remote Destinations: In some particularly remote or hard-to-reach areas, the service may take longer.
Customer Service: For any shipping issues, delays, or questions regarding the 48-hour delivery service, customers can contact FAC LOVE customer service for support.
In-Store Pickup:
Pickup Times: Orders will be available for pickup within a period of 1 to 5 working days from the date of purchase. The customer will receive an email notification as soon as the order is ready for pickup.

Proxy: If pickup is made by another person, they must present:

A proxy signed by the customer who owns the order.

A copy of the delegator's identification document.

Availability Duration: The order will remain available for pickup for a maximum period of 15 days. After this period, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded according to the specified conditions.

Bank transfer payment policy: if you choose to pay by bank transfer, it is important to follow these instructions:

After completing the order, you will receive our bank details via email to make the transfer.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation, otherwise the order may be canceled.

After making the bank transfer, it is mandatory to send the bank receipt confirming payment. The receipt must be forwarded via Whatsapp to our customer service.

Only after receiving the receipt and verifying the credit will we proceed with processing and shipping the order.

ARTICLE SHIPPING REGULATION
1. Shipping times for past collections (2023-2024)
Items belonging to past season collections (years 2023 and 2024) may require longer shipping times than average. This is because these garments may be in secondary warehouses or require specific sourcing before shipping. In these cases, order processing time may vary based on the actual availability of the product.
2. Shipping times for the new collection
New collection items are shipped more quickly, as they are immediately available in our main warehouses. Shipping times for these products are generally shorter and are processed with priority.
3. Delivery time communications
Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an update on estimated shipping times. Should a product require a longer waiting time, our customer service will promptly inform the customer.
4. Couriers and shipping methods
All shipments are made exclusively through our official logistics partner, BRT. We do not use shipping services such as DHL or other external couriers.
